• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Process: Contact our customer service team at sales@frydextracts.co to initiate a return.  Please provide your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
